Aw Crap (Binney Destroys His Own Credibility)

by Karl Denninger

William Binney was a 30 year veteran official of the National Security Agency who resigned in October 2001 to blow the whistle on the NSA’s deliberate violation of the constitution. Now, 13 years after the events of 9/11 that helped the NSA justify its total surveillance dragnet, Binney has signed the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth’s petition calling for a new investigation into 9/11.

I was very skeptical of the claim that Binney had joined the fruit-n-nut society on this until I actually listened to the interview. The bad part of his doing so, and it’s a very bad thing, is that he just destroyed his own credibility on what he has claimed the NSA was doing.

Bill Still gave him a lot of ink with his multi-part interview, which I picked up and carried under the Other Voices category. That’s a category here for content that is, as you might surmise, from other people, presented with little or no additional editorial commentary. That is, it’s not me commenting on some story or event of the day, it’s someone else commenting. (PS: Bill has read this entry and has emailed me to note that agrees with it in its entirety.)
